n <br />u <br />CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITONS <br />The Contractor agrees to perform portions of the project and supply all necessary materials, labor, services, <br />equipment, and tools as detailed below. <br />SECTION 1. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following work, referred to as the "Work": <br />Inclusions: <br />1. See Estimate #2204, incorporated herein. <br />2. All work outlined in the contract documents. <br />3. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, laws, and regulations. <br />4. Procurement and payment for all necessary equipment, services, materials, and <br />labor. <br />Estimate #: 2204 <br />The contract includes all work per the provided plan. <br />SECTION 2: PAYMENT TERMS <br />2.1 Invoices: <br />The Contractor shall submit all progress payment requests and invoices via email. Invoices for <br />change orders will be billed separately and must be paid within 30 days. <br />2.2 Use Tax Deductions: <br />The Contract Sum is not subject to deduction for use tax paid by the <br />Owner. <br />ALLIANCE ELECTRIC PAGE 3
