Modifications: <br />The Owner may request changes to the Work, including additions, deletions, or other revisions, without <br />invalidating this contract. <br />5.2.I Denial of Changes: <br />If the Owner later determines that the additional work does not qualify for extra compensation, the Owner <br />shall still be responsible for all costs associated with the changes.
