The proposal contains a clear path toward achieving City goals and objectives <br />as required by the RFP. The total agreement (Exhibit 2) compensation is in the amount not to <br />exceed $220,800. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #4 - City Financial Stability, Objective <br />#1 (maintain a stable, efficient and transparent financial environment); and, Goal #5 - Community <br />Health, Livability, Engagement & Sustainability. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $220,800 are available in the Refuse Collection Service Fund, (Account <br />No. 06917640-62300) for expenditure in FY 2017-18, and will be budgeted in FY 2018-2019, FY <br />2019-2020, and FY 2020-2021, as outlined in the following estimated spending plan.
