The report includes <br />tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule is available on the City's website at: <br />http://www.santa-ana.orq/pwa/documents/ExecutiveMonthlyCIPMav2018 pdf. <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to CIP projects: <br />Drainage Master Plan Alternative Improvement Assessment <br />The Drainage Master Plan will provide a comprehensive long-range planning document for the <br />implementation and development of storm drainage facility improvements in the City. This <br />includes improvements to various drainage facilities such as storm drain pipes and channels. <br />Michael Baker International has been contracted to do the study and is 95% complete with plan. <br />Omnibus Concrete Repair Project — Non -motorized <br />This project will repair sidewalk trip hazards, wheel chair ramps, and concrete gutters throughout <br />the City based on resident and business owner requests as well as the results of the citywide <br />sidewalk assessment performed in 2016-2017. The construction contract is tentatively scheduled <br />to be awarded in August 2018. <br />19C-1 <br />
