APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH WOOD ENVIRONMENT AND <br />INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, INC., FOR COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL <br />INSPECTION AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1} – Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Wood Environment and Infrastructure <br />Solutions, Inc., formerly Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., <br />to provide Environmental Consultant Services for the Commercial and Industrial <br />Inspection and Database Management program, for a three-year term beginning <br />July 1, 2018, and expiring June 30, 2021, with provision for one 2-year extension <br />exercisable by the City Manager and the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed <br />$325,000 per year, including an annual contingency of $78,735, for a total amount <br />not to exceed $975,000 during the three-year term, subject to non-substantive <br />changes by the City Manager and City Attorney(AGMT.
