Our Pmjeot Team .is devoted to <br />completing your project within schedule and under :budget, and not only meet, but exceed your <br />expectations. On the next page is an organizational chart of the Project Team. <br />Project Manager <br />Providing the team oversight is one of Tetra Tech's most experienced Project Managers, <br />Mr. Tom Spperscri, PE, Mr. Epperson has over 32 years of experience devoted entirely to <br />wastewater, water, and recycled water facility projects.and has been responsible forcompleting <br />the doslgh of over 1.0.0 mites of water„ recycled water, and sewer mains; 38-water/recycled <br />water pump stations; and 18-welthead facilities. He will be the f000l _paint for :.00mmmirilcations <br />between the Qlty and mombers of the project team to ensure that the project neede.are clearly <br />spelled out and understood. Mr. Epperson will be responsible for achlaving tho City's goals and <br />ensuring compliance with project intent, completeness of the final doilverables, and satisfaction <br />of the City. <br />Mr. Epperson has been working with the City $trice 1903. While his knowledge of City facilities <br />and working relationship with the City staff started in 1983, Mr. Epperson is ourtently the Project <br />Manager for the doslgn 61 the Well No, 32 Rehabilitation Project as well as over 20 past projects <br />under the City's On -Call Water Engineering Design Services Contracts since 2006. Mr. Epperson <br />has a long peraonal history of working with tho City and Is very proud of the repeat service. He <br />believes strongly that repeat work is earned through responsiveness, hard work, and providiho a <br />quality product. In addition, Mr. Epperson was the Project Manager on the three similar projects <br />Included in the relevant project experience section of the proposal. <br />Key Senior Staff <br />A cornerstone to our continued success Is the involvement of key senior staff during the design. <br />Mr. Mark gush, PE, will serve as the team's QA/QC Manager. Our team clearly understands the <br />importance of making certain the City receives the highest quality product from Tetra Tech. We <br />have assigned Mr.. Bush to lead the QA/QC review team for this project, and strictly monitor the <br />project's engineering and construction components. As QA/QC Manager, it will be Mr. Busws <br />responsibility to assign and oversee QA/QCfor each phase of the project to ensure that all of the <br />project goals are met. Mr. Bush is also very familiar with the City. <br />Mr. Mike Tool, PE, will be the Design Lead for the well. Mr. Tool has over 94 years of <br />experience and has been working with Mr, Epperson on various projects for over 20 years. Over <br />his career, Mr. Tool has designed over 20 pump stations, lift stations and well facilities. During <br />the last 10 years, Mr. Tsoi has been working almost exclusively with Mr, Epperson on our pump <br />station and well .projects. Mr. Tsol understands the design and construction aspects of a well. <br />Mr. Tsoi will utilize his experience to work with the team's hydrogeologlet and work through all of <br />the layout issues for the construction equipment required to construct and rehabilitate the well in <br />the future.
