<br />2,000 square foot well building on a mat'foundatipn, to mitigate the effect's of potential
<br />liquefaction. The facility ties nine separate rooms for housing mechanical, electrical, disinfection
<br />and water conditioning equipment, The building also contains rooms for an emergency
<br />generator and MVAC equipment as well as office and restroom spaces. Portions of the walls
<br />and roof at the well are removable. The structural design work scope also included arphiteotural
<br />services for making the well building match the buildings in the adjacent housing development,

<br />groundwater treatment facility which Includes foundations for filter vessel, storage tanks, and
<br />pumping equipment, The design also Includes the structural and architectural design of a 10

<br />The design of the building balances the functional water production requirements with the
<br />aesthetic, architectural design of the exterior of the building, which was critical for compliance
<br />with local planning agency requirements.
