<br />OSIS was selected by the City to perforro the:desjgn of pavement,

<br />residential street,, Magnolia Avenue. The project. includecipavement
<br />coring sample testing, surveying, pavement recommended ms
<br />report, traffic handling pians. ADA curb ramp upgrades, traffic signal
<br />repair and traffic detours. Stakeholder Coordination was required
<br />with Caltrans Local Assistance forcompiiance with Federal funding
<br />guidelines (an E-76 was obtained for this project), as wall as Caltrans
<br />Encroachment Permit Department for coordination with Caltrans
<br />design review staff regarding Caltrans owned facilities,
<br />2016-17 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT I CITY OF STOCKTON, CA
<br />Miner Avenue„krch Airportftoad, Pershing Avenue and March Lane are arterials and collectors which exhibit
<br />alligator cracking, block cracking, longitudinal/transverse cracking, patching and utility cuts, rutting,.
<br />depressions, spelling and some prpgressed to base failures. In order to recelve a Federal Regional Surface
<br />Transportation Program Fund forFiscal Year 2016.17, Clty selected CSG to perform preliminary and final
<br />design of pavementrehatrliitation, and prepare a pS&E bid package in an aggressive design schedule. The
<br />scope of the project Included performing Initial visual assessment of pavementconditlons, conducting
<br />pavement section Investigations including coring and deflection testing; selecting and recommending the
<br />most appropriate pavement treatments with consideration of casts, construction duration and potential
<br />Impacts to the pubtic, performing life cycle cost analysts for each selected pavement treatment alternative,
<br />developing a pavement recommendation report with preferred treatments identified for each roadway,
<br />locating existing survey monuments and right-of-way, assisting the City to file corner records after alterations
<br />to the survey monuments, requesting utility maps from Stockton's Municipal Utility District, Cal Water
<br />Services Company, PG&E, AT&T and Comcast and coordinating with these utility companies for adjustments
<br />to their facilities, and preparing layout, traffic handling.and detour plans, construction cost estimate and
<br />specifications, The types of recommended pavement rehabilitation treatments Included hat mix asphalt mill
<br />and fill replacements, pavement base failure repairs (dlgouts), microsurfacing, pavement patch and leveling,
<br />and crack sealing.
