CSG PROPOULM SAWAANA <br />WE ONE PROJECT <br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control (CIA/QC) <br />CSG*s in-house QA/QC program utilizes a peer review process with multi-level internal project checking, As <br />highlighted in the organlzationot chert for this on -pall contract we have identified highly qualified individuals, <br />each withover30years of experience, ensuring that each.submittal and task delivery is in conformance with <br />the City of Santa Ana and CWs high standards of quality, Michael Fisher, PE, QS0/P will manage and <br />coordinate all QA/QC activities. Mr, Fisher will be responsible for the following: <br />• EstablishIngguideilnes & assigning accountable personnel and responsibilities for each task. <br />• Assuring that all dellverabies are reviewed, Including products from subcansultaots. <br />• Monitoringthe process to assure that the schedule and budget are followed. <br />• Participating in the Internal and external reviews. <br />• Reviewing and signing off on submictgtt4 the City. <br />AI} technical products, Including technical engineering reports, studies; design notes, mapping, drawings, and <br />engineering post estimates are subject to a multi tiered approach. for review to ensure that all products are <br />checked foraccuracy, <br />eotrectnass, <br />completeness and <br />conformitywith J a#N61 eaS <br />standerds,7hetiers �rnf y rq x <br />will include routine <br />chockingand <br />scheduled reviews for <br />the internal phase, <br />and externat reviews <br />by the City and ether <br />affected agencies. The <br />Project Manager will skb tea,; r <br />conduct periodicf <br />audits of the QA/QC . <br />review process to <br />ensure that reviews <br />are being properly <br />conducted and documented by all team members, Each task we are selected for will receive formal QA/QC <br />_ review at the various submittals, and reports will receive reviews at the draft and pro -final submittal stages, <br />beiiverables will be reviewed for.; <br />• Conformance to approved formats, criteria, specifitationg & professional standards of practice. <br />• Adequacy, clarity, ease of interpretation <br />• Crnstructability <br />• Compatibility of design discipline Interfaces <br />• Errors and discrepancies <br />• Coordination with related designs and project elements <br />• integration of design disciplines <br />• Incorporation of design changes <br />• Conformance to required environmental mitigation <br />Review comments by QC reviewers will be in wrlting, Comments may also be plated In the documents being <br />reviewed, but all comments for which a response is desired will be transcribed unto the comment forms.
