<br />Mr. Fisher served as the Project Manager for this bicycle and pedestrian friendly traffic
<br />signal upgrade project. The project goat was to Improve mobility for all modes, and brings
<br />the Intersection up to current standards for bicyclists, pedestrians, and ADA access.
<br />Project included preliminary design, community outreach, agency coordination including
<br />Caltrans.. The project scope included redesign of the existing medians and right -turn
<br />Islands to Improve intersaction geometry and provide ADA compliance, replacement of
<br />the existing traffic signals located in the median with mast arm signals to Improve
<br />visibility, addition of a speed feedback sign on southbound Juntpero Serra, and extension
<br />of existing bike lanes along Juniparo Serra Boulevard through the King Drive Intersection
<br />to Improve bicycle safety.
