His work Included managing consultants for storm drain and sewer master <br />plans as well as design consultants for the Capitol Improvement Projects. Under his <br />supervision, the City developed a comprehehsive and robust S-year capital program with <br />a budget of $85 million, It Included a $22 million new Net'2ero and LEER certified library <br />a9 well as $9.5 million Highway 1 "Safety and Operational Improvements" projects. Mr. <br />Abbassi assisted the City with Its Solid Waste contract as well managing activities with the <br />JPA for the Wastewater Treatment Facility and pumping plants throughoutthe City.
