<br />Project Experience
<br />Harbor Boulevard Traffic Signal Synchronization (rSS) Project - Orange
<br />County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and City of Santa Ana, CA
<br />Mr. Fristie served as QA/QC lead and Construction Manager to provide
<br />construction support and perform all necessary Integration,
<br />implementatlen, and fine-tuning tasks for the Harbor Blvd TSS project.
<br />This project involved signal synchronization and equipment upgrade along
<br />Harbor Blvd from Chapman Ave to Newport Blvd, spanning across the
<br />Cities of Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, as
<br />well as freeway on/off ramps at SR -22 and h465 within Caltrans
<br />jurisdiction. In addition to generating PS&E packages for equipment
<br />upgrades, the project also included the development, implementation
<br />and fine-tuning of the AM, PM, midday, off-peak and weekend traffic
<br />signal coordination timing plans for all lg Intersections along the corridor.
<br />Iteris will also provide Traffic Management Center (TMC) upgrades to the
<br />cities of Costa Mesa and Santa Ana, which spans from Closed -Circuit
<br />Television (CCTV) IICerlse5 and workstations to designing and replacing the
<br />City's existing video wall system with newerand more advanced
<br />capale hies.
<br />Bmranca Pkwy/Muiriands Blvd Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization
<br />Project - Cities of Irvine, Lake Forest &A'tission Viej), CA
<br />Mr. FrHlie is tite QA/QC Leader to provide traffic/ITS design Improvements
<br />and traffic signal synchronization for Ort intersections along a 13, mile
<br />segment of Barranca Parkway/Mufrlands Blvd. The project Involves design
<br />of new fiber optic cables (atohl and single made), conduits, putt boxes,
<br />cabinets and controller upgrade in City of Irvine;. New conduits, pull Boxes,
<br />twisted pair Interconnect, and wireless radio in City of lake Forest; New
<br />cabinets, pedestrian signals and loop detection In City of Mission Viejo. in
<br />Addition to the traffic. signal Infrastructure Improvements, liens also
<br />develops signal coordination. plans for AM, noon, off-peak, PM, "after-
<br />hours" and weekend for all project traffic signals along the corridor.
<br />Newport/Baitiraa Boulevard Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization
<br />Project - Cities of Costa. Mesa and Newport Beach, CA
<br />Mr. frisiie serves as the QA/QC leader and Engineer of Record to OCTA to
<br />provide turn -key traffic/ITS Improvements and traffic signal synchronization
<br />for 33 intersections along Newport/Balboa Boulevard corridor from Bristol
<br />Street in Costa Mesa. to Main Street in Newport Reach,.
