<br />this prolect, which Involved repiacamont of four underground water main valves,
<br />Installation of five storm drain Inlets, Construction of a containment cell for an indoor
<br />abovp•ground chlorine tank, construction of a large concrete rei'nforoed storage pad,
<br />trenching for the Installation of electrical conduit, and te-pavingof surface areas to
<br />allow for proper drainage.
<br />Group 12 CIPP Sewer Reilning Program

<br />Oonstruction Manager. Ms. Bean was the Construction Manager for the Long Beach
<br />Water Department's Group 12 CIPP sewer relining program. This involved providing
<br />construction oversight and observation of'LBWD`s contractor to install almost 16,000
<br />of ,94nch, 10 -inch, and 12 -Inch curod-in—place sewer cleaning, pre -lining video, lining,
<br />NIV15and post -lining video, Point repairs and manhole rehabilitations were also undertaken.
<br />Once the installation of the CIPP began, Ms. Bean coordinated with the LBWD for
<br />shutting off Water services for the various residents and businesses along the sewer
<br />line routes. Once curing was completed, a post lining video was run, followed by ra-
<br />Installation of the laterals and top hat Installation on select laterals:
