3, Estimated bidding/constructionschedule. <br />TASK 5 - BIDDING SERVICES <br />A) Bidding Phase Support - Assist the City in providing <br />clarification and prepare information to be used in <br />addenda as needed for ten (JO) questions that. may arise <br />during the bidding process, City will prepare and make <br />available to plan holders any required addenda, Attend the <br />pro•bld meeting, and assist the City with bid evaluations <br />and recommendation of bid award. <br />B) Conformed Plans - Prepare conformed plans for use In <br />constructing the pmjeot. The conformed plans will reflect <br />changes made during bidding, and will be rioted as a <br />revision to the final design plans. <br />TASK 6 - ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />h1U.R will aaslet the City during the construction of the <br />project by performing the items below: <br />A) Engineering Support - Assist the Citywith the following: <br />1. Provide professional erigineeringservices to address <br />and respond to up to fifteen 46) Requests for <br />Information (RFM) from the contractor, <br />2. Review up to twenty-five (25) shop drawing and <br />materials submittals, <br />3 Prepare supplementary sketches and details as <br />required to resolve field construction problems that <br />may he encountered, <br />4, Review and provide recommendations regarding <br />proposed change orders, as needed, and <br />S. AMnd pro-constmoten.meetingand up to:ona (1) <br />additioncil office or construction alto meetings during <br />construction. <br />8) INlnor plan Revisions - Required minor plan revisions <br />Will be completed. <br />C) preparation o`4 Record D.acumorris (AwAolifs) - The <br />eonstruetIdn contract will require the contractor to provide <br />to the City for review and approval one set of as -built pians <br />showing the design changes madeduringthe course <br />of construction. NYS will prepare record drawings from <br />contractor and orinstruotipn Inspoolpras^builtdrawing, <br />markups, and field notes. Submit the following: <br />1. Una (1) set of 24-Ineh x 30 -Inch rnylar "Ratxard <br />Drawings' <br />2.One MOD (orDVD) with the record drawingffles <br />saved in Micrestation vSi and PDF formats. <br />TASK 7 - OPTIONAL SERVICES <br />NV5 will provide separate line items in the cost proposal <br />for the "optional Services". City may exclude or Include <br />the optional services as part of the awarded contract at <br />City's discretion.
