Monterey Park Marketplace Site Development, Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC/City of Monterey <br />TAFT & Associates, Inc. <br />Park, Design Engineer/Project Coordinator, 2015 <br />On -Call Engineering Services <br />TAIT was awarded a contract with the developer, Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC for the design of a <br />r <br />L <br />Bentley Microstation and Geopok software was primarily used in the design and preparation of plans. <br />The project was directed by the North Dakota Department of Transportation. <br />n <br />Adams Hill Water Main Replacement Project, Glendale Water and Power, Design Engineer, 2014 <br />The Adams Hill water main replacement project included six phases, 13 streets, and approximately <br />pt` <br />10,620 linear feet of water line that was designed to replace existting service pipe mains with ductile iron <br />S <br />pipe. The project included new services, hydrants, inverts, tie -Ins, and other appurtenances. As well, the <br />e <br />project included different pressure zones and thefnsWiation of a division gate. Department of Public <br />f <br />Health waiver exhibits were prepared for select non -potable and water crossings. The project included <br />e <br />a community outreach meetings, service survey coordination, aswell as detailed final As-Bulit <br />a <br />submittals. <br />`g <br />Monterey Park Marketplace Site Development, Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC/City of Monterey <br />Park, Design Engineer/Project Coordinator, 2015 <br />g <br />u i <br />TAIT was awarded a contract with the developer, Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC for the design of a <br />41 acre retail development within the City of Monterey Park and the City of Montebello. The design of <br />g <br />the development includes slope stabilization, retaining wall design, street -improvement design, utility <br />�3 <br />installation, overall site development, and over 400,000 cubic yards of dirt removal and regrading. The <br />project involves three geotechnical analysis. The geotechnical analysis included recommendations for <br />"$ <br />the design on and nearthe landfill; for the slope stabilization throughout the site; and forthe overall site <br />s i <br />development and construction. The project utilized detailed retaining wail designs and in some areas, <br />e <br />pile designs. These retaining walls and pile designs were specially designed near SCE facilities and <br />3 <br />towers. Unique construction equipment has been detailed out and coordinated for this construction. <br />Foothill Waterline Improvement Projects, Golden State Water Company,.Design.Engmeer, 2013 <br />R4 <br />The Foothill Improvements included six projects that were designed to replace existing service pipe <br />`g <br />mains with g" ductile Iron pipe. One of the six projects included replacement of the transmission line <br />and reconnection to three existing wells. The total pipe replacement was approximately 13,200 linear <br />a a <br />feet. Multiple agencies reviewed the design plans, including City of San Dimas, City of Claremont, City of <br />Arcadia and the County of Los Angeles in addition to Golden State Water. <br />F <br />Freeman Ave. Water Line improvement Projects, Golden State Water Company, Project Design <br />Engineer, 2013 <br />f <br />The Freeman Avenue Water Line Improvement included approximately 3600 linear feet of water line <br />that was designed to replace existing service pipe mains with g" ductile iron pipe. The project included <br />new services, hydrants, Inverts, tie-ins, and other appurtenances. Department of Public Health waiver <br />' <br />"t <br />exhibits were prepared to the satisfaction of Golden State Water Company for select non -potable and <br />water crossings, <br />g <br />Normandle Ave. Water Line improvements, Golden State Water Company, Design Engineer, 2033 <br />t <br />The project encompassed the planning and design for a 12" water main replacement in Normandle Ave. <br />In the County of Los Angeles, approximately 1400' linear feet. Project included new services, hydrants, <br />a <br />Inverts, tie-ins and other appurtenances. Existing 14" pipe was designed for abandonment, Department <br />of Public Health waiver exhibits were prepared to the satisfaction of Golden State Water Company for <br />select non -potable and water crossings.
