<br />The Beaudry Terrace water main replacement project included four phases, six
<br />streets, and approximately 5,300 linear feet of water line that was designed to
<br />replace existing service pipe mains with ductile iron pipe. The project Included
<br />new services, hydrants, inverts, tie-ins, and other appurtenances. Department of
<br />Public Health waiver exhibits were prepared for select non -potable and water
<br />crossings. The project Included a community outreach meetings, service survey
<br />coordination, as well as detailed final As -Built submittals.

<br />Present
<br />TAIT's current task order assignment with OC Parks includes preparing plans for
<br />the demolition of several existing campus structures with the conversion of the
<br />former classrooms and office space Into a County Library, offices for County Park
<br />staff, and community meeting rooms that cover 3500 square feet of usable
<br />enclosed space. Site work In the Initialphase will consist of implementing Code -
<br />required ADA improvements for public access at the campus anis for public
<br />restrooms, upgrading of the existing parking lot, and provisions to provide
<br />security lighting for night-time use of the facility.
<br />State Street (Highway 83), North Dakota Department of Transportation,
<br />Bismarck, North Dakota, Design Engineer, 2014
<br />The State Street Improvement project consisted of adding, extending, and
<br />modifying left and right turn lanes, and other existing geometry along the 1.6
<br />mile long road in Bismarck, ND. The project improved traffic flow, reduced
<br />turning movement conflict points, and improved driver expectancy. The project
<br />included the survey, right of way, utility coordination, drainage studies and
<br />Improvements, and layout and design of the street, sidewalk, and geometry.
