The final deliverables will include the digital terrain model, <br />topographic data pldtled in CAD and anASGti Lite of the topographic sunray points., <br />_ I <br />Monument Preservation Pre-Constrwrtfon: <br />Pre:Construction comer records will be prepared for those existing centerilne monuments located within <br />the project limits, estimated at fourteen+ (14). These comer records will be prepared In acootdanoa:with the <br />California Land Surveyor's Act 0771 (b) and Red with the Orange County Surveyor`s Otiice, <br />Monument Preservation Post -construction: <br />After construction Is completed, these comer records may be utilized to re-establish the monuments that <br />may be destroyed during the pavement rehabilitation work. Post -construction comer records would then be <br />prepared and ftied with Orange County. <br />Task 3Defivombtes: <br />* AuWCAD drawing and ASCII point files <br />• Hard Copy of Survey field notes, sketches'and photographs <br />* One (1) PDF copy of the recorded Cornier Records and/or Record of Survey <br />Task 4. utility Coordination <br />1. Utility Mapping: Mark Thomas will utilize As -Built data and utility maps obtained by the utility companies <br />to prepare base mapping and identify all utilities on the plans that are within the project limits. <br />2. Utility Conflict Mapping Procedure: Mark Thomas will assist the City with the typical "ABC" process of <br />utility letters, which includes: <br />a, Utility "A" Letter — The Utility "A" Letters will be sent to each utility to request as -built mapping of their <br />facilities. <br />b. The utility mapping developed for the PS&E will be vorified. The mapping will be verified through <br />topographic surveys. <br />o. L)fility "B" Letter-- Maps showing the uRily mapping and the proposed improvements will be sent to <br />the utility companies for verification. <br />d. Utility "C" Letter— Final plans along with a letter will be sent to the utility companies showing the <br />existing utilities and the final design. <br />S. Potholing (Utilized to locate utilities to mitigate potential conflicts): Mark Thomas will retain a <br />vacuum pothole company to positively Identify the depths, material type, and size of known critical <br />facilities. 20 Potholes have been estimated for this scope. <br />25E-634 <br />
