Meiling Cal <br />21 Page <br />Pavement Management Plan Updates <br />City of EI Centro, California <br />Field Technician. NCE developed the City's Pavement Management System including detailed inspection and evaluation of <br />the City's streets and recommendations for maintenance methodologies and pavement treatment options. <br />Pavement Condition Inspection and Maintenance <br />City of Davis, California <br />Field Technician. NCE is providing inventory verification, pavement condition inspections, sidewalk assessments, review and <br />evaluation of maintenance and rehabilitation decision strategies, budgetary analyses, GIS integration, and staff training for <br />the University' pavement management program update. <br />Pavement Condition Inspection and Maintenance <br />Ada County Highway District, Idaho <br />Field Technician. NCE performed field pavement condition inspections on all the arterial and collectors (approximately 600 <br />miles) as well as approximately 1,000 miles of residential streets. These were walking inspections as per the StreetSaver® <br />protocols. NCE updated the StreetSaver® database with the distress data collected, calculated the pavement condition <br />index, and provided training on the StreetSaver® program as well as a discussion of maintenance and rehabilitation <br />treatments for County staff. <br />Engineering & Environmental Services <br />55B-141 <br />
