<br />mix design. in addition to developing the mix design, Twining served as the quality assuranoe
<br />testing laboratory (luring construction, Paul provided geotechnical oversight throughout this
<br />project, assisting with the Investigation and Identification of soft subgrade soils that were
<br />discovered during construction,
