Her experience includes the <br />design of water and wastewater Infrastructure, storm sower design, drainage area mapping, preparation of <br />environmental documents, and construction management, <br />Rivera has completed the Texas Department of Transportation Qualificlation certification for Local <br />Government Project Procedures (LOPP) to manage federally funded programs. She has managed several <br />design and construction projects that were funded with federal funds.
