(W.l4and understands that the City of Santa Ana Is seeking firms <br />to design the Mile One Street Project. Primarily, the project Involves a Complete Street Design concept with <br />emphasize to ensure safety, accessibility, and convenience of all <br />bicyclists, transit riders, arid motorists are considered.
