Return ORIGINAL <br />Executed Copyto COTC <br />(M -30/T11) <br />SECOND AMENDMENT <br />TO CONTRACT #16-28-0039-RWS <br />BETWEEN THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />FOR <br />REGIONAL WORKFORCE SERVICES <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />A-2016-305-02 <br />[CFDA 17.258 WIOA Adult Programs; CFDA 17.259 WIOA Youth Activities; CFDA 17.278 <br />WIOA Dislocated Worker Formula Grants; WIOA Title I VEAP SFP; Governor's 25 % portion <br />of Dislocated Worker Funds from Title I of the federal Workforce Innovation and <br />Opportunity Act; other funding programs as granted by various agencies as needed] <br />This AMENDMENT to Contract #16-28-0039-RWS, hereinafter referred to as <br />"CONTRACT," is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the <br />County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California; hereinafter referred/to <br />as "COUNTY," and City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation in the State of Califon ia, <br />DUNS Number 083153247 with a place of business at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />CA 92701-4058 hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR," with COUNTY and <br />CONTRACTOR sometimes referred to as "PARTY," or collectively as "PARTIES." <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into Contract Number 16-28- <br />0039-RWS (hereinafter referred to as "Original Contract"), for the provision of Professional <br />Services activities commencing July 1, 2016 and terminating June 30, 2018 in the amount <br />of $500,000.00 and <br />WHEREAS, on April 17, 2018, the PARTIES authorized the execution of the First <br />Amendment to the original CONTRACT and replaced Attachment A "General Program <br />Requirements" with Attachment A-1 and replaced Attachment C "Budget", with <br />Attachment C-1; the net change to the CONTRACT is $0; and <br />County of Orange Page 9 of 3 City of Santa Ana <br />OC Community Resources AMENDMENT., WIOA Programs Contract #16-28-0039-RWS <br />
