WHEREAS, the PARTIES desire to renew CONTRACT term for an additional one- <br />year period, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; and revise Paragraph 3 of the <br />Contract to reflect the new CONTRACT term; and <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY desires to replace Attachment A-1 "General Program <br />Requirements" with Attachment A-2 and replace Attachment C-1 "Budget', with <br />Attachment C-2; the net change to the contract is $0; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR is performing satisfactory as required by the <br />CONTRACT; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual obligations set forth herein, <br />both PARTIES mutually agree to amend as follows: <br />1. Paragraph 3. Of the CONTRACT shall be amended in its entirety to read <br />"Term of Contract: The effective term of this CONTRACT shall commence on July 1, 2016 <br />and terminate on June 30, 2019, subject to the provisions of this CONTRACT; however, <br />CONTRACTOR shall perform such duties extending beyond this term, including but not <br />limited to obligations with respects to indemnification, audits, monitoring, reporting and <br />accounting. Pursuant to the provisions contained herein, the CONTRACT may be <br />terminated earlier." <br />2. Attachment A-1, "General Program Requirements" is replaced with Attachment <br />A-2. <br />3.
