9 TRIPEPI SMITH <br />marketing • technology • public affairs <br />QUALIFICATIONS OF STAFF <br />It is anticipated that Director Jon Barilone will be the team lead on the project. Jon will handle <br />logistics, coordination and project management. Tripepi Smith Principal Ryder Todd Smith will make <br />council presentation, facilitate community discussions and actively participate with senior staff in <br />ideation and brainstorming discussions. Business Analyst Melanie James will help bring ideas to life <br />visually through graphic design, while also assisting Jon with various marketing tasks. Junior Business <br />Analyst Karen Villasenor will provide additional project management support, research support and <br />documentation. Additional TS resources will be brought to the table when needed to aid the City in <br />telling its story. Rates are all resources remain the same as the current ad hoc engagement. <br />Ryder Smith <br />Ryder Todd Smith has a mixed background in the worlds of <br />President & Co -Founder <br />government relations, technology and marketing. He served as the <br />Contact: <br />SVP of operations and Chief Information Officer for a software-as-a- <br />ryder@tripepismith.com <br />service startup in the financial services sector. Prior to that, he was <br />the Technology Manager for a regional staffing firm. Ryder leads <br />Tripepi Smith and is the ultimate project owner on all work handled <br />by the firm. He is the creator of the City Internet Strategies Study <br />and a frequent speaker on the local government circuit on local <br />government use of the Internet to engage and connect with <br />residents. He is a resident of Tustin, where he serves on the Planning <br />Commission. Ryder graduated from Claremont McKenna College <br />with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics -Philosophy -Economics and a dual <br />degree in Economics. <br />Jon Barilone Jon Barilone has a wide-ranging knowledge and skill set from years <br />Director of Internet marketing and marketing communications work in a <br />Contact: variety of industry verticals.
