Three core service elements will be <br />)rovided on-site, including: <br />1. Financial Stability Services: All clients will be required to take a series of financial stability classes as the first action <br />they take, such as budgeting, setting financial goals, tracking spending habits, banking basics, consumer protection, etc. <br />Program staff will help clients identify classes that are most appropriate for their individual needs and design a plan to <br />achieve benchmarks such as increasing income, reducing debt, increasing credit scores, increasing savings, reducing <br />expenses, etc. <br />2. Workability and Business Development Services: Clients who seek to increase their income will receive classroom <br />training and consulting services to help them develop employability and/or entrepreneurial skills to gain the tools and <br />knowledge needed to enter the workforce, to obtain a higher-payingjob, and/or to start their own business. Classes may also <br />include soft skills, such as communication, time management, decision making, problem solving, and leadership development <br />to improve their chances of success. <br />3. Income Supports: Staff will assist clients to access publicly available resources, child care subsidies, food pantry <br />services, tax preparation with Earned Income Tax Credit, etc. Clients will also receive assistance with financial aid and <br />scholarship applications if their goals involve seeking higher education. <br />Case Management and Counseling <br />1. 110 clients will complete two intake and assessment sessions <br />2. 110 clients will complete one orientation session <br />3. 67 clients will complete three goal planning and tracking session <br />ncial Stability Services <br />1. 67 clients will complete two personal budgeting/financial planning session <br />2. 110 of clients will complete a minimum of five financial stability workshops <br />3. 110 will complete a minimum of five consumer protection workshops <br />4. 56 clients will complete one utility and phone bill review session to determine potential for reducing payments <br />kforce Development <br />1. 68 clients will complete one counseling session to identify income capacities and assessment of workforce and/or <br />business development readiness <br />2. 56 clients will receive a minimum of two employment counseling session <br />3. 56 clients will complete a minimum of three workforce related educational classes <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
