Evoking the sense of <br />vision and opportunity in qualified persons Is among the responsibilities of CPS HR, and we pride <br />ourselves In our efforts to reach the best available potential candidates. <br />Selection <br />The selection of the best available candidate requires the use of tools specifically designed to <br />evaluate each candidate against the personal and professional qualities identified by the City <br />Manager. For this reason, we tailor our selection techniques to the City's specific requirements, <br />In addition, we also assume responsibility for administering the selection process forthe City. <br />Three -Phase Project Approach for Success <br />our proposed executive search process is designed to provide the City with the full range of <br />services required to ensure the ultimate selection of a new Director of Parks and Recreation who <br />is unlquely suited to the City's needs. <br />Develop <br />Candidate <br />Profile and <br />Recruitment <br />Aggressive, <br />Proactive, <br />and Robust <br />Recruitment <br />Phase 1: our consultant will meet with the City Manager and other City representatives to <br />ascertain the City's needs and Ideal candidate attributes, to target our search efforts, and <br />maximize candidate fit with the City, <br />Phase ii: The recruitment process is tailored to fit the City's specific wants and needs, with <br />targeted advertising, combined with personal contacts with qualified individuals from our <br />extensive database. <br />Phase III: The selection process is customized for the City.
