The base mapping for this project will be prepared using the following Items; ✓ Roadway Base Map (record based and supplemented with the field deslgn.,survey) ✓ MEMO Way (record based or GIs based R/W, If available from the city) ✓ Utility (record based line work using utility Atlas maps and other record drawings) ✓ Google Maps street view supplement by TAIT Site Walk field notes and photographs All base maps will be prepared in accordance with the City's project needs and will identify the project limits and existing features which will be Impacted by the proposed Improvements, Dellverables: ✓ 20 -scale Base Map Utility information Requests qnd Coordination TAIT wlll prepare three utility notices as part of this task as described below; V Utility Notice: This sub -task Includes the hours associated with the Initial utllity research and the Issue of notices to obtain record data.
