The 2nd field sUrvoy Occurs once the 65% design has <br />been completed In order to pick up supplemental fleldjoin informatlon, <br />Field work associated with TAIT's Field Design Surveys will be provide based on the current prevailing <br />Wage rates established by the state of California <br />Dellvarablesi <br />✓ Topographic, Survey Data <br />Temporary Benchmark & Basis of Bearing Notes, If required <br />✓ State required Prevailing Wage Documentation <br />Rase Mapping <br />For this 1000 -foot long street widening project TAIT is proposing to prepare the project's Base Map at a <br />horixontal.scale of Vnch equals '20'feet to provide a higher level of detail for edge conditions. The base <br />mapping for this project will be prepared using the following Items; <br />✓ Roadway Base Map (record based and supplemented with the field deslgn.,survey) <br />✓ MEMO Way (record based or GIs based R/W, If available from the city) <br />✓ Utility (record based line work using utility Atlas maps and other record drawings) <br />✓ Google Maps street view supplement by TAIT Site Walk field notes and photographs <br />All base maps will be prepared in accordance with the City's project needs and will identify the project <br />limits and existing features which will be Impacted by the proposed Improvements, <br />Dellverables: <br />✓ 20 -scale Base Map <br />Utility information Requests qnd Coordination <br />TAIT wlll prepare three utility notices as part of this task as described below; <br />V Utility Notice: This sub -task Includes the hours associated with the Initial utllity research and <br />the Issue of notices to obtain record data.
