<br />The Foothill Improvements Included six projects that were designed to replace existing service pipe
<br />mains with B" ductile Iron pipe. One of the six projects Included replacement of the transmission line

<br />and reconnection to three existing wells. The total pipe replacement was approximately 13,20011near
<br />feet. Multiple agencies reviewed the design plans, including City of San Dimas, City of Claremont, City of
<br />Arcadia and the County of Los Angeles in addition to Golden State Water.
