ON -CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES J,"J <br />Water neeamuns— UpilonN ti11�1 <br />The Tetra Tech Team <br />Tetra Tech has assembled a project team that possesses the knowledge,, experience, and <br />enthusiasm necessary to successfully complete this project. Our Project Team is devoted to <br />completing your project within schedule and under budget, and not only meet, but exceed your <br />expectations. On the next page Is an organizational chart of the Project Team. <br />Project Manager <br />Providing the team oversight is one of Tetra Tech's most experienced Project Managers, <br />Mr. Tom Epperson, PE, Mr. Epperson has over 32 years of experience devoted entirely to <br />wastewater, water., and recycled water facility projects and has been responsible for completing <br />the design of over 180 miles of water„ recycled water, and sewer mains; 36 water/recycled <br />water pump stations; and 18 wellhead facilities. He will be the focal point for Communications <br />between the City and members of the project team to ensure that the project needs are clearly <br />spelled out and understood. Mr. Epperson will be responsible for achieving the City's goals and <br />ensuring compliance with project Intent, completeness of the final deliverables, and satisfaction <br />of the City. <br />Mr. Epperson has been working with the City since 1983. While his knowledge of city facilities <br />and working relationship with the City staff started in 1683, Mr. Epperson is currently the Project <br />Manager for the design of the Well No. 32 Rehabilitation Project aswell as over 20 past projects <br />under the City's On -Call Water Engineering Design Services Contracts since 2006. Mr. Epperson <br />has a long personal history of working with the City and is very proud of the repeat service. He <br />believes strongly that repeat work is earned through responsiveness, hard work, and providing a <br />quality product, In addition, Mr. Epperson was the Project Manager on the three similar projects <br />Included in the relevant project experience section of the proposal. <br />Key Senior Staff <br />A cornerstone to our continued success is the involvement of key senior staff during the design. <br />Mr. Mark Bush, PE, will serve as the team's QA/OC Manager. Our team clearly understands the <br />importance of making certain the City receives the highest quality product from Tetra Tech, We <br />have assigned Mr, Bush to lead the QA/QC review team for this project, and strictly monitor the <br />project's engineering and construction components, As QA/QC Manager, it will he Mr; push's <br />responsibility to assign and oversee QA/QC for each phase of the project to ensure that all of the <br />project goals are met. Mr. push is also very familiar with the City. <br />Mr. Mike Tsol, PE, will be the Design Lead for the well. Mr. Tsol has over 244 years of <br />experience and has been working with Mr, Epperson on various projects for over 20 years. over <br />his career, Mr. Tsol has designed over 20 pump stations, lift stations and well facilities. Dining <br />the last 10 years, Mr. Tsai has been working almost exclusively with Mr. Epperson on our pump <br />station and well projects. Mr. Tsol understands the design and construction aspects of a well. <br />Mr. Tsol will utilize his experience to work with the team's hydrogeologist and work through all of <br />the layout Issues for the construction equipment required to construct and rehabilitate the well in <br />the future. Mr. Tsol has been the Project Engineer for the following well equipping projects: Mid <br />Basin Centennial Park for OCWD; Well No. 27 for City of orange; Rehabilitation of Well Nos. <br />115, 107 and 78 and all of the IDP potable/non-potable wells for IRWD, <br />Ctty of Santa Ann . 4 - TETRA TECH <br />
