<br />William Wallace has more than 37 years of experience as a Structural Engineer. He has been involved in
<br />the design of many highly complex structures for flood control and soil and water conservation construction
<br />programs for the Corps of Engineers (COE) and the Natural Resources Conservation Service INKS). Projects
<br />have included reinforced concrete hydraulic structures such as trapezoidal channel paving, rectangular
<br />channels, impact basins, drop structures, retaining walls, and reinforced concrete for principal and auxiliary °~
<br />spillways of lakes and dams, Wallace provided the structural design or provided peer reviews of projects 4.l
