CltyCounail Meeting <br />Task Deliverables: <br />• Stotement-Of PeerHevlew <br />Task H - Caltrans Local Assistance Coordinatidn(if required) <br />CSG's staff members are farhiiier with federal funding,requlraments, have knowledge of the LAPM and LAPD <br />manuals, are experienced In coordinating with regulatory agencies, and have a solid understanding of NEPA <br />and CEQA document requirements, agency permit applications; and E-76 Applications. <br />Technical assistanee.to public agencies is an integral part of CSG's consultant services. in this capacity, we <br />support various agencies by providing technical assistance in implementing federal -aid projects from <br />preliminary engineering/environmental approval through construction completion. Table B (shown on the <br />following page),Iists past projects CSG has assisted with which required support of federal funding <br />requirements, <br />Goordlnation w=ith C01trans Local Assistance dlvislon <br />CSG has administered numerous projects with funding from severel programs,:such as Surface Transportation <br />Program (STNk SafeiYoutasto Schools (SRT$ Program, Highway$afaty Improvement Program 1013), <br />Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAC1) improvement Program, and American Recovery and <br />Reinvestment Act(ARRA) Program, Under this task, CSG will work With the project sponsor and Caltrans <br />Local Assistance with the "Project Field Revitw", "EnvironmentelCl¢aranca" process, "Right of Way and <br />Utility Certfffcatlon".approval process, and " -76 Authorization to Proceed with construction" process. <br />Project ;Field Revfow <br />CSG will cootdlnata with the Cityto complete and submit the project Field Reviewforms, Preliminary <br />Environmental Studies, andsuppiementa'I documentation W Caltrans Local Assistance,and-will attend and <br />assists the project sponsor in:facHitating Field Revlew Meetings. CSG will work with the City and Caltrans to <br />provide Field Review documentation, listed below.
