City Engineer I City of City of Half Moon Bay, CA <br />Mr. Abbassl was responsible for complex and technical tasks related to capital <br />Infrastructure, utilities, traffic studies and. management, land development and other <br />publlc works�relatod projects and progrems ensuringcompilance with all codes and <br />regulations. His work included managing consultants for storm drain and sewer master <br />plans as welt as design consultants for the Capital Improvement Projects. Cinder hls <br />supervision, the City developed a comprehensive and robust 5•yeor capital program with <br />a budget of $85 million. It Included a $22 million new Net Zero and LEEtD certified library <br />as well as $9.5 million Highway 1 "safety and Operational Improvements" projects. Mr. <br />Abbassi assisted the City with its Solid Waste contract as well managing activities with the <br />JPA for the Wastewater Treatment Facility and pumping plants throughout the City.
