City Engineer J City of City of Half Moon Day, CA <br />Mr. Abbassi was responsible for complex and technical tasks related to capital <br />fr, frastructure, utilities, traffic studies and management, land development and other <br />public works -related projects and programa ensuring compliance with all codes and <br />regulations. His work included managing consultants for storm draln and sewer master <br />plans as well as design consultants for the Capital Improvement Projects. Under his <br />supervision, the City developed a comprehensive and robust 5 -year capital program with <br />a budget of $85 million.
