Sper;ificrrfiir ns <br />and Lstinaetes <br />This task involves the completion of construction <br />documents in the form of final PS&E. <br />A, FINAL IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />Upon City approval of the preliminary design, we will <br />proceed with the preparation of final design plans, <br />specifications and cost estimate for submittal to the City <br />at the preliminary and final completion levels process, All <br />plans, reports, and documents will be submitted in the <br />format acceptable to the City. <br />The plans will be prepared to conform to the general <br />requirements of the City with consideration for the needs <br />of the contractor's construction operations. We will <br />deliver completed and approved construction drawings <br />on or ahead of approved schedules. All designs shall <br />be prepared and submitted In a manner that ensures a <br />complete design approved by the Cityy.
