<br />Construction Manager. Mr. Salgado provided construction management,
<br />Inspection, and public outreach for this annual citywide project. Work oonaistod of
<br />pavement resurfacing of streets and parking lots (including slurry seal end crack
<br />seal treatments); full pavement reconstruction; traffic signal modifications; and
<br />construction of new sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps. Key services included all
<br />facets of construction managementandinspection Including: utility slid multiple
<br />agency coordination; project budget and accounts tracking; engineering plan and
<br />specification review; traffic management and control; submittal, schedule, request
<br />for Information (RFf), progress payment review and processing; field observation;
<br />negotiating and processing change orders; docunent control; and project closeout,
<br />which consisted of warranties, guarantees, recommending notices of completion and
<br />the release of retention. Total construction cost varied between $1M and $SM.
