<br />Project Status; Operating $1106 06/06, The project is a new wastewater pumping lift station for a new housing development in
<br />the City of Camarillo. The lift station is capable of pumping 1100 gallons per minute and is equipped with three (3)25
<br />horsepower pump. All the elecIrld equipmant is instated outdoor In a NEMA 4 enclosure including the main switchboard, the
<br />motor control center and the control panel, Each pump Is controlled by a variable frequency drive which operates to match In
<br />Incoming flow, An integrated PLC, OF and telemetry system controls the lift stalion and communicates the station status,
<br />controls; and alarm points to an existing SCADA system, The lit station is equipped with a 100 kW standby generator in the
<br />event of utility power failure,

<br />Coachella Valley Water District, Indian Well Lift Station
<br />Project Status: Operating since 03/06, The lift station consists of two 60 hp submersible pumps controlled by variable frequency
<br />drives to modulate the pumps and match the incaming flow, A 200 kW Masai generator provide emergency power in the event of
<br />utility power outage. The statlon Is monitored and controlled locally a focal PLC and remotely via an axlstng SCADA system.
<br />Walnut Pads Water District Booster pump Station Replacement
<br />Project Status: Operating since 03104, The project encompasses the replacement of a closed system booster pump statlon and
<br />assoolated equipment which includes the replacement of existing efaotneal service equipment, pumps and motors, motor control
<br />center and provisions for a future 1500 gpm well. In addition, a new PLC based control system and Instruments ware provided to
<br />control the now booster station, the existing two (2)125 hp well pumps and the future well pump. Furthermore, the existing 400
<br />kW diesel generator and automatic]ransferewitch were salvaged and integrated with the new electrical system as well as food
<br />to the existing well pumps and chlorination facility.
