PROPOSAL <br />Civic CenterStormwoterLiftStatian Renovation Design Services <br />Electrical Engineer <br />Mr. Davis has extensive experience In electrical power and <br />signal systems design including: medium voltage aerial and <br />underground designs; switchboard and MCC layouts; lighting <br />design; coordination with other consultants and utilities; <br />specification preparation; construction administration; and short <br />circuit and coordination studies. The projects he has worked on <br />include pumping plants, wastewater reclamation plants, water <br />treatment plants, laboratories, industrial facilities, educational, <br />healthcare, and military installations. <br />Project Experience <br />R18 Reservoir Project, Chino Mills, California. City of Chino <br />Hills. Electrical Engineer II, QA/QC. Provided QA/QC for the <br />design of a new 3MG reservoir for the Intermediate Zone of the <br />City's potable water distribution system. The project included <br />electrical power and instrumentation design for the new tank <br />structure, electrical utility coordination with the City and <br />Southern California Edison. Construction of this project is <br />scheduled to be completed in 2019. <br />La Sierra Pipeline and Pumping Station Project, Riverside <br />County, California. Western Municipal Water District. QA/QC. <br />Provided QA/QC for the project design for electrical and control <br />systems, evaluated project constructability and provided <br />construction phase engineering services. The project includes <br />four 700 hp vertical turbine pumps driven by electric motors with <br />space for two additional pumps, two 700 hp vertical turbine <br />pumps driven by natural gas engines, a 1 megawatt (MW) diesel <br />standby generator, two VFD drives, two solid state starters; <br />accommodation for installation of future VFDs; accommodation <br />for a future energy recovery turbine, and ancillary equipment. <br />The project is under construction, and is scheduled to be <br />completed in 2019. <br />MWRF Mlgh-Lift Pump #3 and Well 11 Motor Searing Noises <br />Evaluation, Costa Mesa, California. Mesa Water District. <br />Electrical Engineer II. Evaluating the motor bearing noise, <br />providing engineering opinion and recommendations for the <br />appropriate repair and mitigation for two vertical turbine pumps. <br />Las Vegas Valley Water District 3090 Zona Interim Tank, <br />Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas Valley Water District. Electrical <br />Engineer II.
