PROPOSAL r <br />Ctvte CenterStormwaterLij~tarotion Renovation Design Services <br />r <br />The NOE will be filed with the County Clerk and Slate Clearinghouse upon approval by the <br />City. This task includes consultation with City staff at the onset of the project to verify the <br />approach and key issues. This task assumes that a total of two (2) separate Categorical <br />Exemptions will be prepared (one for each lift station). <br />Pre -design Phase Deliverables <br />• Value Engineering Summary —a technical memo (pdf) identifying potential value <br />engineering opportunities. This memo will be used as a basis of agreement on <br />conceptual design. <br />• Progress reports, schedules and invoices according to the City's requirements. <br />Task 2 — Deslan Phase <br />Site Plan Design PS&E— Construction Documents. Michael Baker will provide a title sheet <br />and a site plan for each pump station. If adequate record information is not available for <br />the Flower PS, a field survey around the pump station may required for re -grading and <br />installation of the CDS stormwater treatment unit. The field survey has been included in <br />Task N under Optional Services. <br />G. Mechanical Design PS&E— Construction Documents. Michael Baker will provide <br />mechanical project design PS&E for both lift stations, including demolition plans, <br />mechanical plans, sections, specifications, and estimate, <br />H. Electrical Design PS&E —Construction Documents. Michael Baker will provide electrical <br />project design PS&E for both lift stations. The electrical design excludes coordination of an <br />Arc Flash Study. <br />SCADA Control Plan Design PS&E — Construction Documents. Michael Baker will provide <br />SCADA project design PS&E for the Flower PS, including design of a new RTU housed in <br />the proposed MCC. It is assumed that the existing RTU will remain at the Santa Ana PS, <br />and will only require minor modifications for the new instrumentation.
