The report includes <br />tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule for all projects is available on the City's website at: <br />hhtt ://www.santa-ana.orq/pwa/documents/ExecutiveMonthlyCIPJuly2018.pdf <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to CIP projects: <br />Warner Avenue Improvements <br />Warner Avenue Improvements Phase 1 from Main Street to Oak Street began the acquisition <br />process in August 2017, and staff anticipates completion of this phase by spring 2019. In October <br />2017, the City applied for construction funding for Phase 1, and right of way funding for Phase 2A <br />(Oak to Standard) and Phase 2B (Standard to Grand) through the Orange County Transportation <br />Authority (OCTA) Comprehensive Transportation Funding Program (CTFP). On June 11, 2018, <br />the OCTA board approved the funding in the amount of $15 million for both phases, comprising <br />47% of the total CTFP monies awarded to Orange County applicants for 2017-18 allocations. <br />At the July 17, 2018 meeting, City Council approved the recommendation of Public Works <br />Agency staff to set a public hearing on October 16, 2018 to establish an underground utility <br />19C-1 <br />
