Monthly CIP Executive Report for July 2018 <br />August 21, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />district for Warner Avenue from Main Street to Grand Avenue. Staff will coordinate with the <br />impacted utility companies, and inform the surrounding neighborhoods at future meetings. <br />Additionally, the Warner Water Main Improvements from Main Street to Oak Street project is <br />currently underway. This project includes replacement of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 18"- <br />20" water feeder line, and approximately 1,200 linear feet of F-12" of water distribution mains. <br />Other components include fire hydrants, valves, and related appurtenances to water construction. <br />Project design funds have been allocated for this fiscal year 2018/19, and additional funding will <br />be allocated for the construction phase in fiscal year 2019/20. This project is currently in the <br />planning phase and it is anticipated to begin the design phase by late summer. <br />Omnibus Concrete Repair (Citywide) <br />Omnibus Concrete Repair is a citywide concrete repair program which is primarily designed to <br />address American Disabilities Act (ADA) types of requests. The project consists of removing and <br />replacing portions of existing concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, access ramps, driveways, and <br />other miscellaneous concrete features that are in need of immediate repair according to ADA <br />standards. The project is scheduled to be advertised for construction in August 2018. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />This item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 — Community Health, Livability, Engagement <br />& Sustainability, Objective #1 (establish a comprehensive community engagement initiative to <br />expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an active role in <br />discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />There i nj fiscal impact associated with this item. <br />I � <br />Fuad Siss, PE, PLS <br />ExecutivJ Director <br />Public Wbrks Agency <br />FSS/WEG <br />Exhibits: 1.
