STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 — Community Facilities & Infrastructure, Objective #1 (Establish and Maintain a Community Investment plan for All City Assets), Strategy G (Develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in Coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT There is no environmental impact associated with this action. FISCAL IMPACT Funds are budgeted and available in the Community Development Block Grant Programs fund (Account No. 13518783) and the Residential Development District 2, Park Acquisition & Development fund (Account No. 31213260). Subsequently annual funding distribution will be subject to and budgeted according to their fund availability. The estimated spending plan for FY 2018-19 and subsequent fiscal years are identified in the table below.
