Annual award of approximately $450,000 in Emergency Solutions <br />Grant funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development to nonprofit homeless service providers for Street <br />Outreach, Rapid Rehousing, and Homeless Prevention Services. <br />Last Updated 02018 <br />
