The firm also <br />represents law enforcement and fire agencies <br />The proposed agreement will authorize the City Attorney to call upon AALRR for legal services as <br />necessary to defend the City in the Rojas litigation or respond to other litigation or administrative <br />matters. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal No. 1 Community Safety, Goal No. 3 <br />Economic Development, Goal No. 4. Government Financial Stability, and Goal No. 5 Community <br />Health, Livability, Engagement and Sustainability. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Personnel Department's Risk Management Liability Fund Account (Account No. 08009051- <br />62302) will be used to pay for the proposed contractual legal services.
