A. Development Team <br />The Developer's strategy is to secure and leverage local, state and federal funding sources, and <br />arrange complex financial structures that ensure the highest and best use of available funds. In <br />addition, the Developer has a strong sense of social advocacy, and interest in innovation to <br />sustain strong relationships with public and private partners. <br />The Development Team involved in the Project will include the following: <br />1. Chris Maffris, Executive Vice President — Since joining Meta Housing in 2003, Chris has <br />supervised the completion of more than 3,700 apartment units and 30,000 square feet <br />of commercial space. Chris focuses on urban center infill and revitalization projects and <br />oversees the firm's development team through all aspects of the development process <br />including acquisition, entitlements, financing, and construction. Chris holds a degree in <br />economics with Specialization in Computer Science from University of California, Los <br />Angeles. <br />2. Michelle Espinosa Coulter, Director of Artist Housing — Since joining Meta Housing in <br />2011, Michelle has managed the development of over 21 affordable projects, with $530 <br />million in total development costs and 1,540 units. Michelle is a former Certified Public <br />Accountant and holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from University of California, <br />Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A & M University. <br />The development team will consist of the following entities: <br />Santa Ana Arts Collective,_LP ^ <br />Meta Housing Corporation <br />WSH Management_ <br />After School Program — Bowers Museum <br />Adult Education, Health & Wellness—Actors Fund <br />Service Coordination — TAO Central <br />Studio One Eleven__ <br />DK Engineer, Corp _ — <br />Studio One Eleven <br />LACALConsulting' <br />Pacific Real E_sta_te_Appraisal <br />RJC Group _ _ <br />Bocarsly Emden Cowan —Es—mail & Arndt LLP _ <br />Novogradac & Company LLP <br />Westport Construction, Inc. <br />B.
