General kn; vrir-dge of government <br />contracting/procurement processes. Ability to manaae prajcct budgets. Ability to facilitate grwip meetings. Ability <br />to research topics unfamiliar to their normal areas of expertise and experience hvithin Homeland Security Grant <br />relevancy) and develop program/project plans. Knowledge of grant finarcial management requirements. and <br />ability to read through the aapricaie cede of federal regu'atioro. Oh1R drarlan.
