<br />1. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with
<br />Project Partners, Inc., to provide engineering, technical, and administrative support
<br />services, for a three-year period commencing September 4, 2018, and expiring September
<br />3, 2021, with provision for one, two-year renewal option exercisable by the City Manager
<br />and City Attorney, in a shared aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000, including any
<br />renewal, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City
<br />Attorney.
<br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with
<br />Interwest Consulting Group, to provide engineering, technical, and administrative support
<br />services, for a three-year period commencing September 4, 2018, and expiring September
<br />3, 2021, with provision for one, two-year renewal option exercisable by the City Manager
