<br />PRINCIPAL -IN -CHARGE / QA/QC
<br />George A. Jurica, PE, has over 40+ providing
<br />services to transportation and municipal engineering
<br />contracts. He will perform the QA/QC as well
<br />as have the role as Principal -[n -Charge on this
<br />project. George has vast experience in planning,
<br />design, and construction of major public works
<br />infrastructure projects across Southern California.
<br />He also has in-depth understanding of preparing
<br />PS&E and construction documents for local agency
<br />transportation projects.
<br />SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
<br />Hubert But, PE, QSD/QSP will be our Senior Civil
<br />Engineer. Hubert has over 18 years of experience
<br />as a registered professional engineering managing
<br />and designing a wide range of public works projects
<br />consisting of rehabilitation/replacement of aging or
<br />deficient pipelines, hydraulic system modeling and
<br />design storm drain and sanitary sewer projects,
<br />and preparation of project study reports along
<br />With grading, drainage, street improvements, ADA
<br />design.
<br />PROJECT ENGINEER
<br />Sterling Mosley, EIT will be our Project Engineer.
<br />Sterling has 6 years of experience and he manages
<br />land development and Capital Improvement projects
<br />to adhere to local standards and guidelines while
<br />providing inter -department technical guidance for
<br />various projects such as the handling of earthwork,
<br />slope analysis, retaining wall designs, and general
<br />grading requirements.
<br />LAND SURVEYORS
<br />J Braley, PLS, will be our Land Surveyor on this
<br />assignment. He has over 40 years of experience
<br />as a Land Surveyor throughout California. He has
<br />a strong background in boundary and title related
<br />issues.
<br />John Koepke, PLS, CFEDS, will also be available
<br />to provide Surveying and Map Check services.
<br />John has 32 years of field and office experience
<br />in cadastral map, boundary, right-of-way, control,
<br />topographic, and design surveys for subdivision,
<br />commercial, and heavy construction projects.
<br />SUBCONSULTANTS
<br />PENCO has assembled City -savvy subconsultants
<br />for this as -needed staffing contract. Our
<br />subconsultants are listed on the Organization
<br />Chart, on page 6, along with the individuals who
<br />will perform the work specified. Table 2 below
<br />summarizes the roles of each subconsultant and
<br />their office locations followed by brief firm profiles.

<br />from professional consultations to PS&E contracts.

<br />Their clients in the public sector include Caltrans
