<br />FIRM & TEAM EXPERIENCE
<br />PENCO has provided comprehensive civil
<br />engineering and surveying services for 30 years
<br />and has a long history of providing civil engineering
<br />design, construction administration, and surveying
<br />services for agencies such as the City of Santa
<br />Ana, City of Anaheim, City of Irvine, Orange County
<br />Public Works and Flood Control District, the Irvine
<br />Ranch Water District, Port of Long Beach, and Los
<br />Angeles County Public Works.. Our recent On -Call
<br />Engineering contract provided two staff members to
<br />the City of Santa Ana for as needed services.
<br />PENCO was incorporated in California in 1988. Our
<br />corporate office is located at 18842 Von Karman
<br />Avenue, Suite 150 in Irvine, CA and currently
<br />employs 25 professionals. Our office is 15 minutes
<br />away from Santa Ana City Hall.
<br />MUNICIPAL ON-CALL CONTRACT EXPERIENCE
<br />PENCO's 50+ On -Call contracts experience atoms
<br />back to 1988. Table 1 highlights our municipal
<br />On -Call contracts within the last five years.
<br />MEETING THE CITY'S EXPECTATIONS
<br />PENCO has successfully delivered services
<br />for the On -Call Plan Check Services and Staff
<br />Augmentation, awarded in 2015. We are familiar
<br />with the City requirements, protocols, and high
<br />expectations and are ready for another successful
<br />project with the City.
<br />Proposed Senior Staff Manager, Gary Solsona,
<br />PE, QSD has extensive experience managing
<br />contracts of this type with many public agencies
<br />Including Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, City of
<br />Moreno Valley, City of Fullerton, City ofYorba Linda,
<br />and Irvine, to name a few. Gary will be the main
<br />point -of -contact for all staff assignments under this
<br />agreement. in any unforeseen event where Gary
<br />is unavailable, our Principal -in -Charge, George
<br />Jurlca, PE, will become the point -of -contact.

<br />With our previous experience working with the City
<br />of Santa Ana aligned with our On -Call experience
<br />with public agencies, we have to ability to offer the
<br />City a Team who will perform the services required
<br />to meet and exceed the City's expectations.

<br />Our Senior Staff Manager/Project Manager, Gary
<br />Solsona, PE, QSD, will be the main point -of -
<br />contact and will work very closely with the City to
<br />establishing staffing requirements, Gary will manage
<br />the team and,deliver staff that meets and exceeds
<br />the City's expectations. Project team meetings will
<br />occur at least once a month (depending on task,
<br />size and schedule requirements) to review progress,
<br />schedule, technical requirements, coordination and
<br />the information needed to deliver City tasks on time
<br />and on budget. Meeting minutes will be published
<br />with action items for the Team and the City. The City
<br />staff will be part of the Team meetings as needed
<br />and/or as requested.
