1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with MarketingPower, Inc. (dba Energy Retrofit Co.), for the term <br />beginning September 4, 2018, through December 28, 2018, to provide and install <br />advanced energy-efficient lighting fixtures and controls at the Police <br />Department Administration Building, in an amount not to exceed $656,847 <br />inclusive of a 4% contingency in the amount of $24,519, subject to <br />nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(AGMT.
