With the Diocese acquisition of Chrystal <br />Cathedral in 2012, the congregation became Christ Our Savior Catholic Parish <br />and a smaller parish church facility was envisioned. <br />The Parcel Map to subdivide the 14 acres was approved by the Santa Ana City <br />Council in November 2016. 8 Acres will be retained for the future church <br />campus and 6 acres will be sold to Shea Homes for single family housing. <br />Meeting was turned over to David Pfeifer, Architect at 7:09 <br />IV. Architectural Aspects of the Project/COSCP Building <br />(PowerPoint presentation attached) <br />a) Site plan was sent to the City of Santa Ana for review on October 2016. <br />Expected to be complete the process by Spring of 2017 <br />b) Church will be built on an 8 acre site. <br />c) Sale of land will be 6 acres to Shea Homes <br />d) Buildings will be an “inward looking Campus” to avoid interruptions to the <br />community/neighbors <br />e) Phase 1. New Church Building, Parish Offices, and Meeting Rooms, a total of <br />417 parking spaces will be available when phase 1 is completed. <br />f) Phase 2. How tall is the Parish Building? <br />Answer: It is a one (1) story building, 85ft Spire, layers: 48 ft, and 38ft <br />roofs at the Church and 24 ft tall for Parish Hall. <br />4.
